I recently joined a nonprofit organization called Icing Smiles, which provides amazing birthday cakes to critically ill children for free.
Awesome, right?!
It allows me to practice making stunning cakes and lets me give them to families who genuinely need and appreciate such a one-in-a-lifetime gift.
This Paw Patrol cake was my second. It's a Dream Cake for a little boy named Leo. Dream cakes are carved, tiered, or have some other form of WOW factor.
I'm really proud of this thing.
My first Icing Smiles cake was American Ninja Warrior themed, for a girl named Chloe. This was supposed to be a regular cake, not a Dream Cake. I was also very happy with this one.
I have a third Icing Smiles cake coming up in December! It's for a little boy who loves dinosaurs and it'll be another Dream Cake. I can't wait to get started!
